Description
The Common Life Program offers a unique residential program designed for individuals seeking to integrate their spiritual, professional, and academic lives. Participants live in a monastic-inspired household, adhering to a daily rhythm of prayer, reflection, and communal activities.
Alongside their regular jobs or academic pursuits, residents engage in a structured course of study directed by experienced mentors and spiritual directors. The program fosters personal growth, vocational discernment, and a profound sense of community, equipping participants with the tools to live out their faith in all aspects of life.
Objective
The objective of the program is to provide participants with an immersive experience in monastic living, where they can deepen their spiritual practice, gain practical service experience, and engage in guided theological study within a supportive community.
Cost
- Weekly tuition payment (contact us for current figure).
- Common meals are part of the program and included in the tuition cost.
- Purchasing food for snacks and all meals eaten at home (such as breakfasts) is the responsibility of the participant.
- Miscellaneous personal expenses (laundry soap, etc.) are the responsibility of the participant.
Term

Housing
- Participants live with members of the Fellowship in an off-campus facility, following house rules and curfew and helping as with assigned household chores.
Schedule
The participant
- Attends Fellowship meals;
- Attends Friday Celebration Night;
- Follows daily devotional rhythms;
- Meets regularly with a spiritual director/mentor;
- Participates in monastery Saturday work days and varied other service/ministry opportunities.
